Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery only if:

  • The product is unused and unwashed.

  • All original tags and packaging are intact.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@burloom.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
